Returns & Refunds

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products that are still in their original sealed packaging.

If your product is damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or arrives in a condition not as expected, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist you.

We will work with you to provide:

• A replacement, or

• A store credit, or

• A refund, where appropriate

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product:

• Is unused

• Has the seal intact

• Is in its original packaging

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be for an item of equal value.
